Joburg water disunterested in unblocking drain over two weeks now

Joburg Water Blocked drain - contacted them on 10th October 2020 - *** They arrived but were in no mood to do anything and insisted that we put in a roding eye 1 m from the fence, dug the hole opened the pipe and rodded and still blocked - Now sewage has filled the hole. Emailed them on 10th October 2020 stating the case number- still no reply Reported the issue again on the 19th October 2020 ***
