joburg water cut off water at my home

In Braamfischerville we do not have were we buy water, so metro came at our home and gave my mom a pamphlet that said they had to pay R2000 at kopanong hall in Dobsonville. my mom then went there and asked can she pay half as she is not working then they said NO she must pay the whole amount at once. my mom could not pay the whole amount then the people from JHB water came and closed the water as we speak we do not have water at home. when my mom asked around the people said she was suppose to be referred to Zola because people were given an opportunity to pay in instalment or what ever they can afford. i do not understand why braamfischerville is not taken seriously in all matters. my mom is unemployed,I'm working but not earning much to pop out R2000 in cash.we need the JHB water to reconsider we do not have that kind of cash at home. i feel like our parents are being played with by our government this slogan 'BATHO PELO' has died honestly, how are we going to survive without water, water is life. my mom voted and the government should remember that and stop being selfish we cannot live without water someone must do something there's no way an unemployed person can have 2000
