Joburg water (Avalon)

I logged a request 3 weeks back at the Avalon joburg prepaid water for my meter box to be changed since I nolonger have the old keys.. They adviced they will come as from the following day.,iv been trying to call with no luck. I can tell someone is picking up the call and putting it down
