Joburg Connect Luambo absolutely rude to clients

Luambo from the Joburg Connect Call center was absolutely rude. Spoke over me, was condescending, and refused to let me speak. she felt that she was the only one that had a right to speak and I should just listen to her. Worst experience ever. Her attitude was awful, showed that she didn't care when i told her I'll be reporting her because of her attitude. I asked yo escalate my case and cc me I am still waiting.
