Joburg Connect is ****ing me!

<p>I pay average between R3 000.00 - R5 000.00 per month for W&L, plus Rates and Taxes of R1 300.00 pm (this is for a house hold of 2, me and my 4yr old boy, staying in a house in Northwold.) AND ever 6 or so months for some unexplained reason I just get a bill of R16 000.00+ which I must just pay. I take off from my, where I get paid by the hour to go to the Joburg Connect offices, but I never get answers....It's estimated readings over real readings and this time I have no idea why my 2 separate W&L and R&T accounts where put into 1 and I was charged new deposits ect.....</p> <p>I can not handle this anymore, I really feel sick every month before opening these accounts, because I never know what I am going to get.</p> <p>I've requested help with pre-paid meters, there is always some excuse or reason why I cannot be helped.</p> <p>Is there absolutely anybody out there that has any advice for me? Is there any way whatsoever to get help from this unfair treatment...</p> <p>My Joburg Connect account is higher than my Bond payments.....Costs more than the house!</p>
