Jobur Water does not care about our limited water resources

Joburg Water does not care about water leaks - our most precious and scarce resource. After numerous complaints through different channels by different people with different reference numbers over a period of a year, I eventually contacted Department of Water and Sanitation's War on water leaks programme. Thanks to them Joburg Water was here the next morning.
