Jo-Burg Zoo. Shocking Service & Poor Attitude

Wanted to set up a picnic table and chairs at zoo. After several attempts to contact someone at the zoo (at first they said that the lady is on leave and she only returns W3 in Jan and no one can help me). Eventually I purchased Groupon vouchers as entrance to the zoo (as the deal was about to expire). Eventually I got a hold of Leesel, I told her that I would like to set up a foldable table and bring chairs to the zoo for a picnic. She told me that its not allowed and I need to hire a venue. She sent me the list prices which included a venue hire of R2,000 plus entrance fee of R22 per person. I told her I would hire the venue however I already purchased Groupon vouchers. I asked her if the entrance fee per person could be ommitted from the invoice as I already had tickets. She said no but would call me back. She did not call back. I called her manager who also didn't return my call. I called again and Leesel confirmed that her manager said that I can take chairs and a table and sit anywhere on the lawn and no venue hire is required. I confirmed twice and she said it's ok. I sent a confirmation mail and she responded that its not allowed. When I called, the receptionist -hung up
