Jo Burg Water

Hi my name is Kyle Reynhardt,

On the 25th November 2021, we had technicians from Jo Burg Water that came do work outside our house with regards to installation of new pipes.

At 10:30, when they were digging the hit the main power line that runs into our house.

I feel like it is very irresponsible and careless of the technicians not to look properly where they are digging as this has now caused me and my family a big inconvenience as now we sit with no electricity and no idea as to when it will return
