Jo'burg a world class **** up

My suburb has had no water supply from 11am, the call center can tell me that I have no water but no arrangements have been made for water tankers. The last outage It took more than 2 days to get tankers in position. Today the excuse is that the people responsible went home at 4 pm. I asked to lodge a complaint and was told call the call centre number but the complaint section did not respond for more than 20 min. <br> Jo'burg a world class **** up.<br> Why anyone in their right mind would invest here is inconceivable.
