Jhb water metre box

I Mrs MS Jemal had a bad experience with one of the service providers from one of Jhb water branch. On the 15th of October 2020 at 10:55 i spoke to a guy by the name of Brian as i wanted his assistance concerning my metre box and instead of informing me that he will lodge a complain or send someone to have a look at it he requested me to operate it by myself. My issue was that i have been paying on monthly basis and even more money but the instalment is not decreasing but instead it increases and i have never skipped a month. I even asked him if it was possible for him to make an appointment for me with one of his seniors and he said i should go to my nearest branch to lodge my complain, he cannot help me. Such services are unacceptable.
