JHB Water - Incorrect Disconnection

My water was incorrectly disconnected after we specifically told the tehcnician that he has the wrong address, yet he took the original disconnection letter we made a note on to say this is the wrong address, and disconnected our water anyway and left.

After logging multiple calls with JHB water and after more than 8 hours we are still without water and nobody can help us because the credit controller department and the technical department keep referring us to each other.
