JHB Water

We have reported a leaking manhole since December 2021. The amount of water being lost daily is estimated at about 20 thousand litres a day. Although we have called daily since December, JHB Water is not interested in repairing the leak. Each time a call is made the consultant has advised that a vehicle has been dispatched. The fault reported was an overflowing manhole, the manhole number was also given, but each consultant has a different problem listed on their screen. Are they looking at different municipality systems or is their something we are missing? We now have 3 references numbers and this matter has not been attended to. *** / *** / ***)

The lack of responsibility shown by Jhb water and the lack of respect shown for a much needed resource is totally unacceptable.
