Jhb city council DA and Mayor Mashaba are useless

Friday 29th 09h00 our water was cut off. Acount up to date zero outstanding no notice given nothing. Phone council spoke to accounts superviser spoke to water tehnical dept got ref no. Sunday 1 Oct 20h00 still no water. Spoke to ward counciler sent message and tweeted Mayor Mashaba nobody is interested. Zero help was given to us. It is ******* to cut water what can we do????
