Jabu is extremely unhelpful

Jabu is extremely rude and unhelpful the way he speaks to customers. I wanted to find out if I'm in the right queue,I've had an issue with him before. On 26 May I got a disconnection card. On the 27th of May I paid a deposit and signed an AOD but needed assistance to get reconnected but Jabu was extremely rude as usual so I left. What a waste of time
