After a payment arrangement was made and interest was confirmed to be written off, this still has not been done. I have sent numerous emails to credit control and cc'd the agent who dealt with my account, Sikhumbuzo Ramaru, I have still not received a response and you are now adding additional interest on interest. Please sort this out, I have it in writing that interest was written off. Account number ***
