Incorrectly disconnected my electricity

The city of johannesburg linked two different individuals to my address with different electricity accounts. I am on prepaid electricity and they had the audacity to disconnect my electricity while at work. It’s clear on the disconnection card that the stand numbers are different from my property, one can tell that my meter is prepaid when disconnecting. So gow does this mistake happen. It’s been a week now without electricity. I reported the matter to the municipality Region C and the city power (florida) and still today i do not have electricity. My am i suffering for your incompetence
