Incorrect water billing

I have been receiving an incorrect water estimate billing from city of Johannesburg, despite the fact that i have been advised to send my correct water reading to *** todate i still receive the incorrect billing can someone go and take the correct water reading because i have been over charged because someone doesn't do their job they were hired for.
