incorrect statement

I recently made an agreement to pay off my outstanding amount with the city of joburg i have not defaulted since i made the arrangement but i received my latest statement which reflects arrangement deactivated i called to find why as all my payments are made before the due date and i could not be helped instead i was told to contact credit controlling but nobody answers the phone there. The statement says they will cut off elecricity which i feel is wrong the mistake is clearly made by them and i have not defaulted on paying the arrangement amount and my current bill please help me urgently My account number is ********** 89 Judy Tyler and Janet Moorkey 71 South Road
