Incorrect Physical Address Captured - Unprofessional Business Process followed.

Please assist and rectify the below. You guys were sending My Monthly Statements(Rates & Taxes) to :14 Paul Kruger Road instead of 31 Puerto Rico, Caribbean Estate, Diepkloof Street, Honeydew Ridge, Ext 15 I need the following questions answered with a full explanation: • Where did you get this Incorrect Address and who provided this info to the Municipality? • Provide a full update on why ‘No Contact’ was made with me regarding this Account – I need full Proof of same. • Breakdown on the Full Arrear Amount(R7335,90) – This must include the Monthly Arrear Interest and the Rates/Taxes for each Month owing. • @ VVM Debt Collectors – Please can you treat me Fairly as per the CPA(Customer Protection Act) and not ‘Demand’ Outstanding funds to be paid to you(Attachment 2 & 3). I have my Legal Rights as a Law Abiding Citizen which I intend to utilize to resolve this matter amicably.

If the Correct Address was utilized initially, we would not be in this Unprofessional Situation & I need this urgently to be resolved.
