Incorrect final demand notices

Dear useless city of jhb,<br> <br> You keep on sending me final demand notices for a property / account that does not belong to me. city of jhb created this account in my name incorrectly and keep on billing me and now sending me final demand notices. Sandile and Itumeleng was going to sort this out more than a year ago. Sandile's attitude is also very bad. Since then I have send about 10 000 e-mail with no luck. Maybe you bully clients in paying these account and never refund them. This could be seen as *****. I have been paying my account over the years and has never been behind. city of jhb makes me sick. you are the most useless company out there.
