Incorrect feedback resulting in a huge bill

Since 2012, I repeatedly contacted City of JHB to enquire about my rates & taxes bill. In every instance I was advised that when it comes to complexes, the rates & taxes account take a long time & that I should wait for the bill. I never received the bill, nor any communication from City of JHB. *********** staff on the other end of the phone, incorrect Postal address & I was handed over, thus messing up my credit record...& a huge bill that I had to settle...
