I deplore the ineptitude and incompetence of the meter readers and accounts dept who have been reading and charging for a meter which does not exist and cannot be found and there has not been any water supp**** for 25 years to this facility Billing now amounts to over R20000 00. 00. They have been informed more than twenty times. World class African city is a farce
