Absolute worst and most *********** group of people! No response on emails given on website, no answer at the call-center, no remedial action after being phoned for the wrong accounts meant for people robbing the city of joburg of thousand's of Rands in arrears. All of a sudden I have been wrongly added to the database of members for the city of joburg, of which I have never been nor will ever be a part/member of! Keep receiving SMS's and calls! How *********** are these people?
