Congratulations! You cannot respond to emails or phone calls. Nor can you even use the postage system it seems?

Your level of incompetence has allowed over a year of me owning my own home, and repeatedly following up with you might I add, to pass before I received my FIRST rates and taxes account. I only received this AFTER I received a message stating that I will be sent over to debt collectors for an outstanding amount of thousands.

Now, I put this question to you, how do you expect someone to pay when they have 1) no reference number, 2) no account details, 3) no amount to pay?

Only to follow up with you again after I received the final notice to work out a payment plan. Oh and behold! Yet again no response or any attempt to assist me to resolve this situation.
