Incompetence of Randwater

This is a complaint about the service of Randwater. My neighborhood has been plague with block drains and a running sewage problem which has now become a health hazard. The numerous attempts by neighbors to report the issue to their customer service department has been met with calls been cut, waiting for calls to be answered. When we eventually they send the maintenance department to come and assess the problem they dont know how to fix the problem. The level of incompetence is shocking!!. Three days later we are still waiting for the problem to be fixed. We are now waiting hours for them to send out a blasting truck that will locate the problem.
