Incompetence in billing

Please don't send me a link on 9 DECEMBER to download an invoice dated 5 NOVEMBER 2021 that was paid the same day it was received (7 NOVEMBER) and tell me payment is due by 20 DECEMBER - no wonder you have so much outstanding!! Get your act together - that is after all why you get paid!
