Incompetence and poor service reached an all time high since the DA took over the City of JHB.

My water was completely disconnected by City of JHB in error. They were supposed to disconnect my neighbor. After 4 days after reporting this to the City of JHB, this is still not rectified. Phoning the City of JHB is of no use. I've been on hold for over 3 hours and no answer. Since the DA took over the City of JHB, service levels and incompetence reach an all time high.
