Incompetence

Our main sewer gets blocked every second day and we have to call each time and mind you we hold sometimes for over an hour without an answer. When they eventually come they just unblock and leave and tell us there's nothing they can do but we just need to keep calling. We can't even open windows because of the smell and we are wasting our valuable airtime and the relevant people just don't seem to care. Please find a solution for us urgently as we are leaving like animals
