IMPOSSIBLE to talk to anyone!

i don't know why joburg bothers to have a call centre: one waits at LEAST 25 minutes for someone to pick up (if you have not given up owing to boredom listening to their 'soothing' music), and when someone does pick up, one either gets hung up on by the operator or the call drops. this happened to me three times yesterday and as i type i have been waiting for 30 minutes listening to this dreadful music and know nothing will happen. surely to GOD management must realise the problem they have with the call centre?? or are they equally useless?
