Immediate Assistance Required: Wrongful Disconnection of Prepaid Meter

I am extremely disappointed with the City of Johannesburg. My elderly parents’ prepaid meter was disconnected in error, and despite repeated attempts to contact the relevant department for reconnection, we have received no assistance. Unfortunately, due to the outage, the groceries they recently purchased have spoiled. This situation has caused unnecessary distress and hardship.
