I love my country and our communities are not being maintained properly

I love my country and our communities are not being maintained properly. Especially marginalised ones, specifically areas like Eldorado Park, Westbury, Newclare, Coronationville and Bosmont. When it rains heavily in these areas, there is flooding that causes a danger to the road users. Vehicles break down because they are stuck in water that is flowing not from a river nearby, but from within the surrounding community just because the drains are blocked. Surely this should not happen of the roads are properly maintained.
