I logged a query more than 2 request for a leak that is affecting my yard outside. They don't have time to check they looked and left saying it's under ground water. I was advised to get a surveyor to do it privately with my insurance. I did that and after the plumber digged and found a leaking pipe next door. This could have been avoided if proper investigation was done. They are very lazy to do their jobs. I had to pay a callous fee with a construction company to dig n the problem could have been resolved earlier. Bad service. Reference ***
