HOW CAN YOU GET HELP FROM THE JOBURG MUNICIPALITY???

Good Day,

I have been trying to get feedback on 4 seperate queries i have had with the City of Johannesburg for 6 months now. Although the call centre states that they have received the queries, they state they cannot help and i will have to wait for feedback from the council.

I am left with bills that are incorrect and that look unpaid, but which is not the case. No one seems able or willing to help. Does anyone have a suggestion on what we can do to resolve this?
