House prepaid meter keeps going on business Tariff

<p>I have a prepaid meter at home and every after a few months it goes from household tariff to a business tariff. How i dont know and the consultants cant help you have to go to Braamfoentein to fix, so that means i have to take off, my own petrol to go and fix. This is the second time this happened.</p>
