HORRIBLE SERVICE

A world class African City. What a joke. My sister-in-law purchased a RESIDENTIAL home in January 2014. Everything was great until July 2014 when the municipality decided to change her category from RESIDENTIAL to RESIDENTIAL 2 with no notifications whatsoever. No physical evaluation was made. Apparently it was an \aerial"evaluation. Whatever that means. Since then we've been to their offices more than 5 times with absolutely no help. We were told to phone their call centre who eventually logged a call for me on 18 March 2015. Guess what"
