horrible call centre agents

<p>I called today to enquire about the power outage for the 2 nd day in the Bosmont, only to have a rude gentleman tell me there is no power outage however I'm sitting with no electricity. he doesn't listen to me and later asks me when dI'd it go off when I tell him had you paid attention to me from the beginning your would have heard me say it. he than rudely puts me back in the queue holding again. just pathetic </p>
