High bill

Good day. My name is Kebawetse Leah Montsho. I am writing this complaint to complain about city power and their bills that keeps on increasing. Our normal bill we receive is always ranging around R4500 to R5000 however in the month December they have send us a bill for R10 000 meaning it has doubled. We have tried to contact by sending them emails but no one is coming back to us regarding the matter.
