I was assisted by two very helpful gentlemen on the call centre. Their names are Simphiwe and Maele.Very helpful gentleman who went the extra mile to assist me in getting my water reconnected. It was a very frustrating time for me and my family, we had no water for 2 weeks .Although there are some people on the call centre who just don't care ,like Nomhle who just put me on hold without saying anything to me when I asked to speak to her supervisor Phumile, she just put me on hold without telling me until I hung up.On another occasion I spoke to Vanessa who was to happy to tell me she can't help me with anything unfortunately. Just like that she told me she cant be of help with anything, not even feeling remorseful. It's very sad ,I wonder why she was at work that day ?but there are people who are passionate about customers services and will go the extra mile to assist and those people should be recognized and that is Simphiwe and Maele ,high 5 to them .and thanks for helping me out .
