Harassment, Rude and Obnoxious Employees

Two guys pitched up at my gate last week wanting to take the electricity reading. My son went to the gate and gave him the reading as the meter is next to the garage. He threatened my son saying that if he doesn't let him in the premises, he's going to disconnect our electricity. On hearing this, I went outside asking him why hes threatening us . I told him that if it was necessary for him to come inside and check the reading himself, all he had to do was communicate that - not threaten us and raise his voice. I couldn't believe the obnoxious, rude attitude this person had - and today, another city power employee is at my gate wanting a reading. my son goes and gives him the reading and his comment : I don't want you to give me the reading, where is your ****? she normally gives me the reading. I was shocked ! who the hell is he demanding that my **** comes out !! I would like to know what the procedures are as employees are taking chances going to houses, demanding to get in and having a fat social with the ****s.
