Happy with Joburg City Power!!

Had an issue with my prepaid meter not accepting a reload token - logged the issue at 08:34 and it is now resolved at 12:30, less than 4 hours - a huge thanks to the gentleman who attended to the ticket for his efficiency and professionalism
