Hi Lucas

Pardon me for the delayed response , it gets quite busy for me especially with the traveling . I don’t get to attend everything in time .

Let me outline something here

 I don’t acknowledge receiving threat smses even at night for a debt that was handed over without any means to get hold of me when it was still payable .  What measures were taken before the account was handed over ( I need actual proof )  I am not fami**** with this invoice , in all honesty this is the first time ever I have received such and I don’t even know for what service is it for , all I see is COJ and COJ renders a lot of services .  The below statement does not give me any history of how this balance accumulated or when did it start .( please put in effort and furnish me with day one statement to date )  I demand that this account be sent back to COJ as they never followed the procedure before they even handed over the account  I cannot afford for you debt collectors to add more interest , for any interaction you have with me as this will just increase the debt even more higher ( I am getting dozens of unnecessary smses as it is currently and I am sure I am paying for all those )

Failure to adhere to any of my requests , I will also be escalating this on my end to ombudsman before it gets to my representors .

I believe we are all civil and ethical with each other and your response will be appreciated and possible copy the respective person from COJ .

Regards Ngubs
