Government staff are lazy

Someone needs to act . The staff at Mlavern Clinic in Jules street doesnt want to assist or work . Mondays they were closed cause they had no electricity and water. Today i'ts Tuesday am at the clinic again they just told me to comeback Wednesday.I don't think it's fair .Department needs to act or do something .
