Fustrated and very angry

City Power has this tendency of going around ppl s houses n switching off electritity at the main boxes..i hate SA government n im actual very angry at the ppl who dont do their jobs properly.a year ago city power came to install new power prepaid boxes im midrand.it so happend that they ruined the wiring during that process.so clever idiots decided to bridge.. Nw this whole has back fired.we dont hav power n i hav a sick child.i hav reported with the midrand office and was informed by Jezel that i nid to go to Modderfontein n apply for a new box ******** firstly sum idiot didnt his job properly. Secondly no one is willing to help...i am fustrated n very angry...South Africa is one hell of a country..i dnt even knw y we pay taxes..i need solution.Sharon n Cecile from City of Jhb pls advise Way forward...
