Funds paid but not allocated to my statement

Bad service that I keep on getting from COJ, don't know what to do anymore and I don't blame people that don't pay their rates and taxes, it's because of the stupid service and wrong allocation of funds that is done by ***********s accounts. I paid the rates via internet banking in June 2021 and sent proof of payment for 4 four months now and my money is still not allocated to my account. I've been communicating with them for 4 months telling me that is will be allocated on the next statement but it doesn't happen. Can I have an update on the allocation of the funds paid in June as it still not allocated to my account.
