********** meter installed

I am sick and tired of this Joburg water last month I spend 4 days without water when I called them they told me the is burst pipe at ext and I stay ext 8 .now I called them yesterday 6pm to come check the water cause ever since they change meter im paying R100 water everyday and the next morning the water is finished. It means im going to pat R3000 for water a month. I need them to come and collect this big size meter and bring my normal meter back and if this is not resolved im gonna find someone to come do durty work for me and im not gonna buy any water anymore.
