Four Days Without Water

Bad service i have received from your subcontractors#Gcina Manzi at Protea Glen ext12, wow 4 days without water. Please do something. As i have a wife whose expecting and a 3yrs old dying from dehydration....erf 9689 P.Glen ext12. <br> <br> I also called this morning spoke to a lady known as Nonhlanhla on *** at 8am this morning and when i asked when should i expect the technician again i was told i cant be given the exact time. I called again to escalate this to her seniors *** Lungile Dhlamini but the phone just rings. I then again called *** Spoke to Noli at 9:24 phone was dropped the minute i told im complaining, i then attepted to dail the same number machine tells me to live a message ill be contacted and i did at 09:30. By this time i was really frustated as im using my resources but still no progress.<br> <br> I then dailed 1023 asked for them to direct me to Joburg Water the number was *** i spoke to a guy who was willing to help by escalting with gcina manzi as reference call: ***. I again called spoke to Nonhlanhla around 12pm asked how far still no technician, 4days WOW imagine with a pregnant women and a toddler .<br> <br> Can someone do something.
