Final Demand

<p>I bought this houst 2 years ago, and last week I receive a FINAL DEMAND for payment...but it is on the previous owner's name...</p> <p> </p> <p>I have reached out to joburg connect, and COJ on Twitter but to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Obviously, along with the notice, is a threat to cut services...</p> <p>I don't receive electricity bills and rates and taxes, so how am I supposed to pay for something I have no sight of?</p> <p>Notice was dated 23 August....please help</p>
