I'm not sure what else or more to do about my dilemma, bought a home in 2011 in townsview.. all went well until white neighbors started selling their homes.... I have been complaining via email to coj,,, also complained to my area ward, about my neighbors bath water, laundry water, car wash water, swimming pool water and understandably and accepting storm water is running through my garden, no matter how much I clean and pay, my paving and garage is alwaysdirty,,,,, I got upset in November and called to talk to them,,, they sent the pool maintenance guy to confront me with threads.... and I told them I will close the storm water hole if they dont stop running their dirt through my garden and he knocked my wall open... I am paying my rates and tax,, I have all the emails and what's messeges I sent,,, this morning on a very dry joburg south I have water running through my garden.... please advice
