Falls penalty accusation and wrong billing meter number from joburg water acc no: ***

Jorburg water is violating customers rights firstly it is definitely ******* to cut off water completely in terms of the constitution the water supply is a fundamental right that everybody has. They fined me 3 penalties claiming that they closed my water and I opened the meter and no one came to my house to close the meter. The first accusation was made by Investigator Lungile Xaba on the 2023-12-14 of which it was not true. Even worse jorburg water is billing me two diffent meter numbers I've been going back and forth at their offices no one is willing to help they giving negative attitude instead.
