Failed service!

This is really unacceptable (would not even rate the municipality a star!!!!) ! A call has been logged and still no action! we deliberately saw the truck driving pass and looking at the problem and never returned – The water has been running ever since and this should’ve taken priority seeing that that there are concerns arounds water levels.
